Jay Alou
A descendant of one of the most respected baseball families and has over 25 years of experience. He’s been in baseball his whole life. His mother broke water during an Astros game while watching her husband play. Jay took his first steps on a baseball field. He has guided young players since their teens through their entire careers like a father figure. Many retired clients have stayed close to him, and call the Tampa Bay Area home. Jay is a mentor to many former clients. He doesn’t see players as a business transaction, he sees them as family.
Jose Bautista
A former professional who played 15 years in MLB. He played for the Toronto Blue Jays, Baltimore Orioles, Tampa Bay Devil Rays, Kansas City Royals, Pittsburgh Pirates, Atlanta Braves, New York Mets, and Philadelphia Phillies. He’s a 6 time All-Star, 3 time Silver Slugger Award winner, 2 time Hank Aaron Award winner, and 2 time MLB Home Run Champion. He brings a wealth of knowledge to players going through the draft process, minor league system, and MLB grind. His experience and guidance can help impact the lives of many players.
